Through a strong partnership with a proven industry leader (CEO and/or Owner), we develop an investment project with compelling value creation strategy and execution plan for private equity funding. This usually includes finding add-on acquisitions and explicit rapid organic growth initiatives.
We will also source funding from the best PE fund for that project.
Based on specific industry insights about inflection points and growth factors, we partner with PE funds to develop a value creation strategy, map potential foundational platform companies, engage owners and operators and find strong executive talent to lead the project through close to execution.
