Private Equity Deal Development

Through a strong partnership with a proven industry leader (CEO and/or Owner), we develop an investment project with compelling value creation strategy and execution plan for private equity funding. This usually includes finding add-on acquisitions and explicit rapid organic growth initiatives.

We will also source funding from the best PE fund for that project.

PE Deal Origination

Based on specific industry insights about inflection points and growth factors, we partner with PE funds to develop a value creation strategy, map potential foundational platform companies, engage owners and operators and find strong executive talent to lead the project through close to execution.

Key to any investment is the strength of the team so we spend good time building the value creation team.

PE Diligence

We provide a variety of diligence activities for Private Equity funds: opportunity assessment, Pre-deal diligence, Post-Deal integration and 90-day planning, Strategic Value Creation plan based on industry scan, technology impact analysis etc

Projects are usually completely custom specified.

DIGITAL GOVERNANCE FOR BOARDS

A workshop and template to be used by Boards of Directors to effectively govern a digital transformation. Risks, Investments, Evidence Based orientation, Transformational KPI’s are some key topics.

DIGITAL MATURITY AUDIT

A review of existing capabilities and maturity of cultural, leadership, technological mastery, governance and decision-making processes. Some customization is possible.
